I am the mother of Ross Ulbricht, the man accused of creating and running the Silk Road website. Although I have no private information about the case and am not a lawyer, I am in close communication with Ross and his attorney, Joshua Dratel. I have learned from Mr. Dratel how the outcome of this case will set precedent, influence new law and impact our freedom and constitutional rights. I want to share this information and why it's important
