Contact Improvisation is a very beautiful mixture of principles from dancing, martial art (aikido) and acrobatics. It could be used as an art by itself or be added as an excercise to body-oriented psychoterapy or as an styling element to social dances. Come learn, play and dance with us at this Contact Improvisation Dance Class!
(no special experience required, it's better to have comfortable clothes and no sharp juvelry)
