Last year, the Capitol of New York passed a resolution banning NDAA indefinite detention.Three towns in Massachusetts, two cities and a county in Idaho have since done the same. None of these cities wanted to, yet a grassroots movement appeared in a few months in each of them that forced them to listen to the people.
