The 2012 National Defense Authorization Act is one of the most dangerous laws ever passed. It violates 14 provisions of the U.S. Constitution, and allows the military to indefinitely detain any person without charge or trial.

But it does much more than that. By declaring America a "battlefield," the military can now torture and assassinate American citizens, lock down US cities, institute widespread surveillance, and more.
