Join Carla Gericke for a hands-on biltong making class. Biltong is a variety of cured meat that originates from South Africa (from where Carla hails). Biltong is a perfect, protein-packed snack that can last up to 10 years. Class-size is limited to 10, first come, first served. $5 donation if you want to taste this meaty morsel.
