First Annual PorcFest Brunch Fest: Wednesday, June 25th, 10:30AM, in the Pavilion. CONTESTANTS: FREE to enter, but you must register in advance. You supply your entry dish, we supply the rest. You can prepare your dish either in the pavilion, or at your site then bring it to the pavilion. Arrive at the Pavilion as far in advance of the start time as you will need for preparation and set up of your dish. If using a camp stove, you must have a heat proof stand for it. Let us know if you need electricity, so we can be sure to have the right number of outlets set up. The kitchen area of the Pavilion will not be available for use. This competition is focused on dishes that do NOT fit into the One Pot Cook Off. Snacks and desserts are encouraged, but just about anything goes. Drinks can also compete, but please include a non-alcohol version for non-drinkers. Got a great dish that doesn’t fit in with the Cook Off? This is your event to win! Think you can win this AND the Cook Off? Go for it! Enter BOTH! Prizes will be in the form of alt-currencies, not FRNs. (Bribery of the judiciary is encouraged!)

The main goal of this event is FUN & eating up some good tasting food. It is intended to compliment, not compete-with, the main One Pot CookOff.

DINERS/JUDGES: Check in at 10:30 in the Pavilion. You will receive a score card to rate the entries on a score of 1-10. You will be judging taste, appearance, showmanship, bribes, etc.; whatever you think is best and most important. Your $9 entry will allow you to sample many dishes, treats, and drinks.

To sign up as a contestant or to purchase diner/judge tickets, see the PorcFest registration page. If you have questions, post 'em at https://www.facebook.com/events/663411290386777/

We look forward to seeing you there!
