Gaelan is Founder of CompostPower.org, a non-profit research network that has developed successful compost-based energy systems, assisted with projects across the US and the globe from Siberia to Agentina, and refined research parameters for commercialization of the concept. In May of 2014 his first book, “The Compost Powered Water Heater” was published by W.W. Norton, a large US publisher.
Over the years he has also worked as an independent management consultant helping companies and organizations with sales/marketing, strategic/tactical planning, PR, general management along with holding senior management roles in several successful companies including groSolar.com, GaltsGulchChile.com and GMCR.com.
His current consulting focus is sales, marketing and PR for Agrilabtech.com, an innovative company that has installed several successful large-scale compost-heat recovery systems in VT, NH and NY.
